About Dr. Kilman
I am a New Hampshire native and spent time in Boston and Los Angeles before relocating to the White Mountains. I received my undergraduate degree from Boston University and completed my graduate studies at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA. I am a licensed psychologist in both Massachusetts (#10220) and New Hampshire (#1438).
My Approach
I work to foster an accepting and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore what might be getting in the way of living a meaningful and satisfying life.
I value compassion and empowerment, wanting to work collaboratively toward your goals. I can provide both skill development, for coping with overwhelming emotions, and insight building, for understanding how relationships and experiences in the past impact present concerns. I believe taking time to explore underlying issues can help pave the way for self-compassionate choices and meaningful change.
My aim is to help you find relief from suffering, foster curiosity, and work toward increasing freedom and flexibility in your life. You are brave to start this process of exploration and you are not alone in this journey!
